How to make a claim
Here is all the information that you need to make a claim for a pet insurance policy.
To make a claim for a SunLife pet insurance policy (arranged and administered by Insurance Factory Limited) call 0333 777 3642
Lines open Monday-Friday 8am-6pm & Saturday 9am-2pm.
A personalised claim form will be sent to you with your details already completed. The vet can also be paid direct if they have the capability set up. In the event the vet you see is not able to offer this facility or you have already made payment to the vet, you'll be sent a cheque. You will need to have the following information when you call:
- Policy number
- Pet's name
- Nature of claim
Please keep all receipts and invoices you want to claim for, and send them to us with your completed claim form and any other documents that support your claim. Full details on how to make a claim are contained within the policy wording.
