You have 30 days from the day you receive your policy documents to cancel your Family Life Insurance and get a refund. After that, you can cancel at any time in writing. Remember, if you decide to cancel after 30 days, or if you stop paying premiums for any reason, your policy will be cancelled and your insurance cover will end.

The funeral services are arranged by a funeral director selected by Golden Charter Ltd. If you choose to pay for your funeral in one go, with a single payment, you will have a contract with Golden Charter. The funeral services will be arranged by a funeral director selected by Golden Charter Ltd.
