Here's all the information that you need to make a claim for a Travel Insurance policy. The Claims Team are here to help and will guide you through the claims process.

Emergency assistance while you’re away

If you’re abroad and need emergency medical assistance, please contact the local emergency services first. Once you’re safe and have received any urgent medical attention, call the 24/7 Emergency Medical Assistance Service on 0330 678 3487.

Please have the policy holder’s details, plus details of anyone else making a claim, and your policy number to hand.

For all claims, except gadget, contact the team at AXA who will handle your claim directly.
