Support for your welcome gift

If you have applied for the Guaranteed Over 50 Plan or Guaranteed Funeral Plan, you may be eligible for a welcome gift.

If you are eligible for a welcome gift and you have applied for:

If you applied for the Guaranteed Over 50 Plan, we will send you your welcome gift after six months' premiums paid.

If you applied for the Guaranteed Funeral Plan, we will send you your welcome gift after six months' premiums paid.

If your welcome gift has not arrived, please get in touch with one of our friendly customer service agents who will investigate this for you.

Please be aware, you are entitled to one gift only issued from SunLife. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this gift entitlement, or limit the total number of gifts issued per customer. We also reserve the right to not issue a gift to any customer who has previously held a SunLife policy and has subsequently cancelled that policy.
